I’ve been testing Media Cleaner on my blog. I use Smush Pro https://premium.wpmudev.org/project/wp-smush-pro/ to compress and serve images. Media Cleaner identifies the images in my media library as unused, presumably because they are actually served from CDN rather than the library itself.

If I remove the images from the library that will eventually flush them from the CDN. Is there a workaround or setting to keep the images?

    Hi,

It’s not a problem that the images are served from the CDN. This rewriting is done when then HTML is generated, so it doesn’t impact the scan (normally…).

I feel like the problem might be different. Does the plugin work if you turn your CDN off?
