Can you please explain this issue by using a video? Create a new vendor and product. We have checked our code again. We have displayed store descriptions on the vendor page only. How is it related to product description? And which section code you are referring?? Can you please explain?

Can you please recreate the vendor store page again(through elementor)? Probably there is a text added in the time of your custom design. Please follow this doc for template creation https://wc-marketplace.com/knowledgebase/elementor/. You have modified the vendor shop template, right? Please create again from initial and let us know(because in the time of modification some extra thing might be included)

There is no any additional code for the vendor in the description field. Apologies, but have you tried to follow steps described in the video from your side? Don’t you have the mentioned error? Could you please provide us with link to test site where you have created product description using Elementor and page of the vendor that sells this product looks ok? If you want we could create test site for you and provide you access but we need your contact email to send credentials.

Ok, we need some time to create test environment. But could you confirm that you tried to reproduce the issue from your side on your test site? Did you enable Elementor to edit product description https://prnt.sc/26ih40n Did you create a product with the description built using Elementor and then check the product vendor page that sells this product?
Because I think that to fix the problem you need to recreate it on your test site because we won’t be able to provide you with FTP access, only WP Dashboard access to our test environment.
So, it’s important for us to know that you followed the mentioned steps from your side.
