• I installed the UpdraftPlus Premium plugin on an existing site already running the PW WooCommerce Bulk Edit plugin. Everything seemed to go well, except when I attempted to connect my account to the site. Normally I see a message that a request was sent; however, this time I saw no such message. As it turns out, there was a conflict with PW WooCommerce Bulk Edit. After deactivating PW WooCommerce Bulk Edit, the UpdraftPlus Premium plugin was able to activate. Not sure what the issue is, but wanted to report it. My environment is WordPress 5.7.2 and PHP 7.4.16.

What version of PW WooCommerce Bulk Edit was involved and what version of UpdraftPlus Premium? We will see about setting this up in our test environment to find out what’s going on.

    Greetings,

Unfortunately, I did not note the older version numbers of any of the plugins as I had never run into this issue before and initially felt like I was making a silly mistake.

I can tell you I try to keep WordPress, plugins, and themes updated regularly, so my best estimate is that the plugin versions were one step back from what they are now. The current version of PW WooCommerce Bulk Edit is 2.88, and the version of UpdraftPlus Pro I installed and attempted to activate was 2.16.58.25.

Here is a list of all plugins: https://prnt.sc/14p54ly

The theme is Astra version 3.5.0, WordPress 5.7.2, and PHP 7.4.16. I tried setting PHP to 8.0.3, but the site experiences an error with PHP 8.x.
