I love the concept of your plugin. Very useful! Unfortunately, it looks like it isn’t compatible with WooCommerce Bookings plugin (where you can schedule Virtual items based on a time selection like booking a hotel room or renting a studio).

When I choose “Bookable Product” (which is enabled by using the Bookings plugin), the Custom Email tab does not display. If I change it to something like a “Simple Product”, it DOES show.

This functionality would be extremely useful for booked products.

    Thank you!

    Hey there hightechdad,

    Thanks for using my plugin!

There is a way to have the Custom Emails tab show up for Bookable products — under the “Custom Emails” Admin Menu, go to the WCE Settings page, and you can enter the class which your Booking tab has… it should be something like:

    show_if_booking

Please let me know if you need more details or if you get it working.

    Thanks!

Thanks for the quick reply! I will test that out!

Ok, I used that hook you mentioned to get it to appear in bookings. It does do that now, however, I cannot save the selection. I choose order status “completed” and then search for my Custom Email (which does show up) and I select it and it appears. Then I choose “Before Order Table”. But when I click save on the product, it disappears. And when I do a test order, it does not show up in the email.

Any thoughts? I will look through the support board.

    Thanks!
