Compatibility with Woocommerce Pre-orders

This plugin doesn’t seem to be compatible with the WooCommerce Pre-orders plugin. https://woocommerce.com/products/woocommerce-pre-orders/

The Pre-orders plugin adds a payment method called “Pay Later”. When I try to use it with the Multi Currency plugin then the Pay Later method is missing and I get an error message “Sorry, it seems that there are no available payment methods for your state.”

Is there a solution for this?
