    Hi,
First of all great plugin – we are going to upgrade to PRO to get full features but we have found an issue which is a big issue for us.

We are using WooCommernce Bookings plugin and we are also using WooCommerce Product Add-ons plugin.

Now it all works fine with the Booking plugin, but the Product Addons that are selected do not get converted to the currency selected on the front end.

For example. We have an extra passenger addon for a bookable product.

The base currency is GBP so on the drop down to select the the addon it will show –

    None
    Yes (£50)
    No

Now when you change the currency it doesn’t convert the price to the new currency it will only show the currency symbol. So when selecting Euros it becomes –
    None
    Yes (€50)
    No

This is a big issue as we are going to upgrade to PRO so we can add more currencies as they are needed but some currencies such as HKD which has a big conversion rate on the base currency GBP means it will show

    None
    Yes (HK$50)
    No

    Well 50 HKD = 5 GBP!!

We need these extra currencies to show correctly can you please help?!

I can send you logins in a private message or email if you need to have a look.

    Thanks
    Tom

I’m having the same issue using WooCommerce Product Add-ons plugin. Have you found the solution for this?

    Hi m1r0s

The Multi currency plugin is not compatible with WooCommerce Product Add-ons plugin now.

The solution is to change the code of WooCommerce Product Add-ons plugin so that they can be compatible.

    Hi @laverdervu,

Thanks for your reply. I tried your free plugin and I really liked it. It works well. I would also buy a pro version if this issue could be fixed. Will you include a hook in the pro version in the near future? Or are there any other woo product add-on plugins that work right off the bat with your plugin?

    Cheers!

    Hi m1r0s

You may misunderstand our meaning, WooCommerce Product Add-ons is not compatible with WooCommerce Multi-Currency, the solution is you should contact to the support department of WooCommerce Product Add-ons plugin to fix. We are unable to impact on or fix WooCommerce Product Add-ons.

    Best Regards.

    Hi @laverdervu,

Thanks. I understand what you are trying to say. Business wise, you and woocommerce developers should work together on this plugin compatibility not your customers. Don’t get me wrong, but it would be better for you guys to work together to improve the business. If you know what I mean. If I contact them, they will say it’s not our problem, same on your side. Instead of playing ping-pong it’s better to work together ?? You will increase the sell. Think about it.

    Cheers
