Compatibility with WP Ajaxify Comments

I totally forgot SCE *does* have compatibility with ajaxify-comments.

You’ll have to venture into the ajaxify-comments settings and update the OnAfterUpdateComments' callback setting.

You’ll place in there this: SCE_comments_updated( commentUrl );

Also, please be sure to update to SCE 1.5.5 to try this out.
