compatibility with WPML – small annoyance
-
Hi and thanks for this awesome plugin.
I found a small annoyance (not really an issue) when you work with wpml and you use parameters for languages (I mean “www.example.com/post?lang=something”).
Since you access the live edit screen via “?editing”, when you try to edit a translated page, the lang gets stripped out and you work on the original.
IE: I was trying to work on mypage?lang=it and instead, I found myself editing the original, english version.
I easily solved this small annoyance by manually writing the url:
“mypage?lang=it&editing”The plugin just should be able to do so for itself…
Also, 2 considerations:1. wpml is just one case, so I’m pretty sure this annoyance is potentially bigger
2. not every wp user would correct the url manually, and this could result in a major issue for manyThanks again
