Compatibilty with Enhanced Media Library PRO

Hi,
this plugin would be what I’m looking for, cause in Germany Jetpack will be a problem with new EU law (DSGVO).
Unfortunately there are 2 things that prevents me to use this wonderful plugin.
1. I use Enhanced Media Library PRO to show photos in galleries by media category. Jetpack allows that the gallery string looks like this: [gallery orderby="date" order="DESC" type="slideshow" media_category="20"].
With this plugin I’m not able to use it, it only works with specified images. I use the media categories, cause the number of photos grows by time in the category and I want to present them all, without editing the page or post every time I add photos.
2. Jetpack offers me the gallery option slideshow, in this plugin it is not possible to choose this. On my startpage I only have a slideshow running for our gold photos, tiled gallery or mosaic are only used in the following pages. I really like to present a one page teaser without scrolling down.

Is it possible to extend this plugin in this 2 points?
