Compatibilty with latest version of jQuery

Hi,

Is it likely that this plugin will ever be compatible with the latest jQuery and jQuery migrate versions?

I’m trying to create a fully secure WordPress installation that uses all the latest technologies, this plugin throws up some console errors when the latest version of jQuery is used. See below:

Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
    at (index):17
(anonymous) @ (index):17
(index):18 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
    at (index):18
(anonymous) @ (index):18
(index):18 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined

(anonymous) @ (index):18
(index):18 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
    at (index):18
(anonymous) @ (index):18
(index):19 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
    at (index):19
(anonymous) @ (index):19
(index):19 Uncaught ReferenceError: jQuery is not defined
    at (index):19

It would be great if it were compatible with all versions and future releases.

Please let me know if this is possible or would cause problems, I may have to find an alternative method if it isn’t achievable.
