    Hello,

    I tried out with amazon iframes ads, but I get it not working correctly with page injection. Shortcode works, but not with the automatic page injection. Nothing show up, even without setting filter with it.

    And for the shortcode, the alignment is not working. When I set the Ad as aligned right and use the short code, iframe still showed up left. And not wrapped around text.

    Any ideas?

    Best regards
    Manni

  • Hi,

    I have the same issue. The amazon iframe ad won’t vertically align and is also not responsive. Do you have a workaround for this?
    Thank you.

    I found one solution, align it by yourself by adding align=right to the iframe options. That works. But it will not working with Advanced Ad Options for alignment.

    And I have still problems with the automatically Page injection. You can inject the iframe?

    Hi there,

    thank you for starting the discussion. It is good to see that this is an issue more users are struggling with.

    Is is possible for any of you to show me the issues live?

    With the alignment it might be some local css that is overwriting the Advanced Ads setting.

    Could you also test if the injection works at all? There are a couple of themes that don’t support content injection. In version 1.6.1 there is an setting that might help, but I would like to rule out other issues.

    Thanks
    Thomas

    HI,

    I managed to center it vertically by wraping the iframe in an div code:

    <div style="display: inline-block;>
    /////amazon iframe code/////
    </div>

    However I still didn’t find out how to fit the amazon banner to view in the mobile view.
    Any ideas?
    Thanks

    What do you mean by “mobile view”?

    Thanks
    Thomas

    I meant that the banner won’t fit on the iphone screen. Half of it sticks out to the right…

    If this is an iframe with static width and height attributes, then it won’t fit or be responsive. I don’t know if amazon has responsive sizes in general.

    Thanks

    Thanks.
    Though, is it possible to make an iframe responsive with your plugin Add-on?

    Not with Advanced Ads alone, but you could create multiple ads each with an iframe in a different size and use the Responsive add-on in order to deliver the one for the correct width.

    Thanks!
