It does implement event schema (or ‘microdata’) in the mark-up by default, but the templates used are completely customisable – so you are able to tweak this how you like.

Sorry for the delay, I was looking here, do not know if just installing an outdated version (in the WordPress dashboard shows nothing), but the event schema (or ‘microdata’), was not showing up. I looked at the page source and nothing.
I was trying to customize the page event, but she calls other pages, and uses some different ways to display the data of an event, in the end, I ended up not getting change. But I think it was stupid of me.
Could I indicate which file should I change?

If you’ve not the latest version you view ‘check updates’ in your admin.

The event templates can be found in the templates folder. You can copy them into your theme and edit them there. This page explains it much more detail: https://wp-event-organiser.com/documentation/editing-the-templates/
