Compatible with some registration-plugin?

    Or maybe you could tell me if its at least possible to use it at the registration.

    Since Simple Local Avatars need some user-id could it be a solution to let the user first upload an image to a temp-folder and then use the user_register hook to start Simple Local Avatars with the file in the temp-folder?
