    Yes, the plugin is compatible with 4.5.3, 4.5.x, and 4.6.x.

    Behind the scenes it uses functionality that’s built directly into WordPress, so it’s extremely unlikely that this plugin will break due to a new version of WordPress.

    And even if it does, worst case you can just disable it because normally it’s not doing anything at all unless you click the resize button.
