    Hi,

    My woocommerce website sells gift baskets and I need to manage the inventory. I want to make sure your plugin is a good fit for my needs.

    1. I need a plugin that manages inventory for individual products within the gift baskets

    i.e. for this basket?https://basketstoisrael.com/product/a-toast-of-vodka-and-energy-drinks-to-us-all/ I need to make sure to have :?Absolut Vodka 700ml;Red bull energy drink – 4 cans;
    Chocolate bar;
    Crackers;
    the correct basket.
    I need inventory management?for each item

    Can you plugin do that or only for the gift basket with the items in it as a whole?

    2. I need notifications for low stock products and out of stock
    Can you plugin do that?

    3. Does the inventory feature work for add-ons on product or checkout page from the WooCommerce bundle plugin?

    4. Can your plugin be updated in the dashboard?

    5. What does this mean : “Full support for WooCommerce variable products.”

    Thank you.

    The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi @redelefant

    1. If you use the official WC Product Bundles for setting up your baskets, ATUM is 100% compatible with them. So you can manage your inventory for bundles and also for all the items independently.
    2. These kinds of notifications are being sent by WooCommerce itself.
    3. Not sure I understood what you mean but, as I said, ATUM is 100% compatible with WC Product Bundles
    4. Sure, all the plugins in the WordPress repository can be updated through the WP Dashboard
    5. Just that variable and variation products are fully supported.

    If you have further questions, just let me know, please ??

    Best Regards,
    Salva.

    My website is already set up. I don’t want to have to rebuild the whole thing and all the products. Can I have item inventory without product bundles?
    Would your add-on https://stockmanagementlabs.com/addons/atum-multi-inventory/ help for this?

    And one more question: if woocommerce already supports inventory management what is your plugin adding?
    (What I need is for the item inventory management, not just the gift basket as a whole)

    I need to understand how did you build your store.
    What are you using to create your baskets, please? Any plugin?

    Right now, each gift basket is one product. Like a shirt for an ecommerce clothing store. For woocommerce it’s one product but my client needs to manage inventory for each item in the basket, parts/items of the product. (As opposed to the way woocommerce is set up – to manage inventory for each product as a whole, not parts, items within the gift basket. It makes sense for most businesses but my client needs a solution.)

    Yes, I understood that is a single product but my question is: what type of product, please?
    Is it just a simple product that you created specifically for the basket or is it a grouped product to which you linked all the child products?
    Which product type has that basket product assigned?

    I don’t understand your question. Can you please explain.

    If I understand correctly: I went to Products – Add new – and added the product.

    I want to know the product type of your basket product. Please read this:

    I see. Thanks for the info.
    So if what you want is to reduce the stock of all the products within the basket when it’s sold, the only way I see you can achieve this with ATUM is with our Product Levels add-on.
    But we aren’t allowed to discuss premium add-ons on wp.org forums. If you want more info, please open a new thread at our official forums and we’ll be glad to reply to all your questions:
