    Hi,
    I try to install this pluggin to use it in a BBpress forum but it makes a mess with my website when I activate it,

    I got this message in my articles :

    “Compilation failed: unmatched parentheses at offset 7 in /home/XXXXXX/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wp-monalisa/wpml_func.php on line 218”

    Any ideas ?

    Does this warning appear if you install it out of the box?
    Sometimes special emoticons are not regex compatible.

    Solved ??
    1x Packing duplicate emoticon
    1x Packing nonexistent emoticon
    Repaired and everything is ok

    I have the same problem but do not know how to solve. you can explain it better

    I fixed it by using the ‘Import Smiley-Package’ button in wp-Monalisa plugin settings in Admin Panel.
    I used the following options:

    Select smiley package: default.pak (no other option was available)
    Checked the ‘Delete current smilies before import:’ option

    Clicked on Start Import button and it fixed the error.
