Complaint module: add new product section

Hi,

I have a complaint module where customers can say what went wrong with their purchases.

I need the customer to add product informations (like serial number, warranty number, ecc).

The customer could need to add many products.

Is there a way to add a line (or button) like “Add another product” and show a second block (like the first one), so he can add as many products he wants?
