Complete backups impossible no matter the setting

    Have been using this plugin for about 9 months
    and was working fine until about a month ago when the daily complete backups would only backup the database.

    I have uninstalled, (completely) and reinstalled repeatedly. Cleared every cache I can think of, used different browsers and settings, but no matter what I do, I cannot get a complete backup.

    I cannot get it manually either. If I select complete, I get the database only. IF I select files only, I am able get that backed up, but my desire is to have 1 job run a day to get everything – and it was working.

    Anyone have any idea of what could be going on?

    I just did notice though, that my php version was updated mid May, it is 5.3.26, would this cause an issue?

    Updating PHP shouldn’t cause any issues.

    It’s certainly strange that a files only and database only backup is working but a database and file. Could you email me at [email protected] and I’ll help debug in more detail.
