Eric, there’s no need to be so malicious. You purchased our product, then wrote to us demanding a refund and threatened us with action via your card provider… all in the same email.
We immediately refunded your purchase. Immediately.
But then you bought our product again the next day.
A few days later, today, you demanded yet another refund. We refunded minus a small processing fee, since this is your second purchase, and you again threatened us with action via your card provider. We of course refunded 100% to be rid of hassle.
No such luck.
We absolutely love the work we do and working with our customers to help them achieve their success in protecting their WordPress sites. Our overwhelming 5* reviews on here demonstrate this, but every now and then a customer like you comes along and attempts to spoil our good vibe.
But we will not be discouraged by your vitriol, and thankfully folk like yourself are in the minority. We offer a wonderful service and our customers absolutely love the work we do for them. We’ll keep at it! ??
