• Hi,

I just noticed when I was trying to uninstall a lot of plugins that all of my plugins are not being shown in the list. It says there’s 8 active but I can only see 3, what’s going on? I did reinstall the latest WP update and updated my theme. I’m using Divi. I also updated the plugins that I can see. What am I doing wrong? Is this a current glitch? Please help!

  • Something in your site has broken that layout. There’s normally some more under the table, so that’s the biggest indication of what’s gone wrong.

As for what the problem is, that’s harder from here. I’d use FTP or your hosting accounts file manager to look at the server in the /wp-content/plugins/ folder and see what the next one after ‘One-Click Child Theme’ is. There’s a very good chance that that’s the one that’s causing the problem.

The way to troubleshoot it is by disabling all (yes all…) plugins and then re-enable them one-by-one. With your cse I’d do that by re-naming the folders, then re-name them back to what they should be one-by-one then re-activating them. Look for the problem after each one, and you’ll soon find out which one is the problem.

You were right @catacaustic! I found the culprit. It was the one next to the Once Click Child Theme. Another user also suggested I do this. Thank you so much for your help!
