    Hi there,

We need to remove your plugin in its entirety (including plugin database tables). How do we do that?

Reason for Request: We removed your plugin once but, when we re-installed, it “remembered” our previous settings and exclusions. We don’t want any trace of FVM in our database(s).

Please advise (e.g., database table names, recommended plugin(s) to remove unused database tables, etc.).

    Thanks!

    Hi there,

There are no tables created by FVM on the database. There are however, options created on the wp_options table (options and some transients).

All options have a prefix of fastvelocity_ or fvm- so please look for those prefixes on the wp_options table and delete them.

    Thanks, Raul.

That’s exactly what we did. It worked. We used Advanced Database Cleaner Pro to identify and delete all “orphan” tables and options.

We’ll be re-installing your plugin back again soon.

    Cheers!
