• Everytime there is an update to this plugin, it kills the current Access Levels rendering them useless. I have to go in and delete each level then re-establish new ones. This in return, eliminates all the Levels assigned to Users. I have to go to each User Profile and re-establish their Access Level. With thousands of Users, can you imagine how painstakingly difficult and time consuming this is? This Plugin needs major work done to prevent this from happening each time there is an update.

    Absolutely. In the meantime, I’ve moved on to another plugin that I’ve been very satisfied with.

    Honestly I did not see this review, but I am quite dissappointed seing as I did address the issue in the support ticket that was created.

    As I got no response on the last reply, the topic has been marked resolved.

    Thousands of users download and update this plugin without any problems, but of course I cannot guarantee that other plugins don’t cause incompatibilities.

    I am glad that you have found another plugin that suits your needs, but it is very demotivating for me as a developer to see reviews like this, especially when the problem – as your comment states in the support thread – was most likely caused by another plugin.

    Let me know if you want to give the plugin another shot.
