Hello ..

After social login users reach a page named COMPLETE REGISTRATION and it shows below text

Note: We couldn’t get the information below :
– We couldn’t get your username or its already exist.

It then asks user to enter username and once user clicks on complete registration. The signup gets completed.

This process is really long. Earlier social login was quick. How can i avoid this extra step?

Hello @devansh1995

That’s normal behaviour actually. Because some Social Media does not allow to provide the Username of their users data to third party like Youzify. They do it for privacy and security purpose.

That’s why we add this complete registration process where members need to fill their Username manually that they can not get it automatically from the Social media login system.

oh i see. is there a way i can set up auto set up of username with the mail id?? In case of social login?

Sorry, that’s not possible. As we just using those social media API for social login system. And we have no control to modify their system.
