Complete Uninstall

I have decided that for one of my sites comments evolved is not suitable, I have since removed the plugin and have now replaced it with the official Disqus plugin. The problem is the ‘comments evolved’ comments still show up during page load before being replaced with the new comment system. I am worried Google will treat this like hidden content or keyword stuffing so can I get some advice on how to remove these comments, thanks.
