Complete WordPress screen has changed resolution

I think I accidentally hit a control key while editing and my WordPress screen resolution changed so that everything is now tiny, both in the editor and when I view my posts. Only WordPress is affected – all other open tabs show content in my usual resolution This happens in Firefox but not in Internet explorer. Any suggestions how I can change the WordPress resolution back again?
