completed booking reverses back to processing

Hi,
I’m very happy with your plugin. However we have experienced a strange incident twice. We have had now 270 orders since the installation of the plugin. 2 of them reversed completely autonomous from completed to processing and to completed again. The client receives a new booking confirmation every time this happens.The last incident was 23th of July. The booking reversed 2 times back to processing and the client received 3 booking confirmations.
The first time was worse. Even after weeks the booking suddenly reversed and in total the client received 7 booking confirmations over a time of 6 weeks.
The only way to stop this was to delete the booking.
Only 2 people have access to the admin and we both are 100% sure that we didn’t touch these bookings. Also the customers cannot make an account, so they don’t have access to their bookings.
I hope somebody recognises this problem as it is very annoying for us and a customer if this happens. And I have no idea why.
