Completed form does not load – version 1.5.8

    Nice plugin and I would like to make a donation, if I could make it work. My version is 1.5.8 but I have the same problem which was written in a previous post, resolved to version 1.5.6.
    The form continue to charge but not save, please can you help me or do I switch to another plugin ? Thanks
