    Contact your host for support.

    I’m having the same issue as OP.

    For us, some of the contact forms are making it to the designated email, some are not. I have no idea what the root cause of this is.

    Takayuki Miyoshi, what specific questions should I be asking our host for in the support inquiry? Also, when you say host I’m assuming you’re are referring to our website hosting provider?

    Lastly, all of our form submissions are making it into the ContactFormDB plugin database, which is how we were able to identify this issue in the first place.

    Hi guys. I found a fix and it’s working now. I downloaded the plugin WP SMTP (there’s a YouTube video on this too – just put SMTP CONTACT FORM 7 not getting emails). Once I got the plugin and followed the instructions in the video it worked.

    Can you link to the specific YouTube video that had the instructions that worked? I search for “SMTP CONTACT FORM 7 not getting emails” on YT and got quite a few results.

    It was a little tricky but our form is definitely working fine now. Let me know if that works! Don’t know if this will work for everyone – but this worked for us!

    Also, the form was working fine previously. This month it just stopped working until we followed that video above.
