    Hello,

    I’ve been using this plugin for a year or so without issue. Not with Paypal but instead a purchase order gateway, with your plugin set to “all paid orders of any product”, which has been fine.

    But recently customers are not receiving the completed order emails. I realize this could be caused by many things, but wanted to check with you to understand if prevention of the completed order email is intentional or not.

    I need to get these Woocommerce completed emails directly to the customer.

    Edit: using Stripe payments gateway on this site, not purchase orders. Got confused with a similar store.

    Our plugin dosent hook the email system
    It is handle by woocommerce based on order status changes

    @quadlayers – thanks. Just to confirm, the forced status change to completed, bypassing processing status, should trigger Woocommerce completed email, correct?

    yes, but our plugin doesn’t hook in any way that process

    I have the same problem since I installed the plugin -.- sometimes emails don’t sent to the clients.
