Completely disappointed by this WordPress-user community :-(

So I was considering a switch to WordPress and I had some simple questions, but none of my concerns were previously about community support. Based on the complete lack of any responses for simple questions I’ve had about WordPress, I’m now skeptical that I’ll be S.O.L. if I switched from Blogger to WordPress and ever have an issue down the road. I doubt anybody will respond to this post either. I’ve never had any problems getting help from the Blogger-user community, and that’s quite sad considering WordPress is an open-source project.
