completely locked out and won't send new password

    I went to move my domain this morning, and it wouldn’t take my login. I thought maybe I mis-wrote my password, so I entered my login/e-mail, and it would not send me a new password. Now my entire site is down. I’m just getting started on WordPress, so I really have no idea what to do now. I’ve tried clearing my cookies and cache, but beyond that I don’t know how to get into anything. Not sure what to do?
