• I’m contacting the wordpress community because I’m completed locked out of the back end of my website which is https://mgmhitlist.com.

I’ve attempted to login from the actual website threw the members area and that did not work.

I’ve also attempted to login using the php at the end of the url but that does not work either.

So now I’m unable to update my blog

When I checked the url it seems that they now have numbers instead of the catagory name.

Also when I try to log in the page comes up blank after I enter my user name and password.

When I attempt to look at each catogory on my site i get a 404 error.

I have no clue of what else t do.

if anyway can please help me I would be so happy.

No it will take you the login page but when I enter my user name and password it sends me to a blank page.

    Try my username and password

    [Login details removed]

This is my login information don’t

Never, ever, post login information on a public forum, You have just given the entire world access to your WordPress admin area! Reset your password via the database now!

Ok sorry about that I reset my password so how do I give anyone on here access to my wordpress to help me fix if they don’t have the password. I’m very new to the www.ads-software.com thing so I hope I didn’t just upset your nerves when I did that.

Most issues do not need login access to troubleshoot. We only advise. You do the work.

And, yes, people who post login details make me very nervous. The posts on this forum are almost immediately indexed, copied & cached by Google and other sites around the world. So you are literally giving out details to the rest of the world. Added to which, you not only compromise the security of your site but, in theory, the security of every other site on your server. That could mean putting hundreds of other sites at risk.

    Please just don’t do it.

As to your original problem, try:
    – switching to the Twenty Eleven theme by renaming your current theme’s folder in wp-content/themes and adding “-old” to the end of the folder name using FTP or whatever file management application your host provides.

resetting the plugins folder by FTP or phpMyAdmin.

Ok I went into my ftp server and renamed my theme and added -old at the end. and now when I go to reload my website the site just does not come up at all.

It worked after I removed the plugins. So now that I’m in the admin area what should I do do I reactivate my theme and then the plugins or plug in then the them.

I would reactivate the theme first.
Then check that you have all the latest updates.
Then log out and log back in, just to make sure you still can.
    Then reactivate plugins.
And log out and back in again.
If you still have the problem and need to repeat, next time reactivate your plugins one at a time, to find out which one is causing the problem.
