Completely remove generated invoices

You could actually use our free Number Tools Extension: https://github.com/wpovernight/woocommerce-pdf-ips-number-tools/releases/download/v2.2.1/woocommerce-pdf-ips-number-tools.zip

Once installed, you’ll see a new tab named “Number Tools”, where you’ll need to select the “Tools” sub tab & scroll down till you see “Delete Existing PDF Invoices” & a select-able range below that. ??

In addition to @dpeyou’s recommendation, you may also want to reset the invoice number by going to WooCommerce > PDF Invoices > Documents > Invoices > Next invoice number:
