Completely remove / Reset settings?

It seems “lazy load videos” keep settings somewhere even after removing plugin. Does anyone know how to completely remove/reset plugin settings? One of my optimization plugins caused problem and now “lazy load videos” plugin just won’t work properly with my old settings. Plugin reinstalling doesn’t help.
