How do I completely remove this plugin? I’ve uninstalled it, searched for all references to
    swcfpc and killed them

removed the table references and options… yet my wp command line still thinks the site is https://SITENAME.com/?swcfpc=1 trying to run any command line wp function needs the –url or it fails below is an example of wp all import

    ?wp all-import run 3 –url=https://SITENAME.com/?swcfpc=1 –allow-root?

I’ve reinstalled wordpress, modified my wp-config, and done everything I can think of…

Point of reference, I have multi-site enabled, but only a single site on ubuntu… its not apache, its not php-fpm. I have cloudflare pro with APO enabled and the regular cloudflare plugin, but that shouldn’t affect wp command line.

    PLEASE HELP!

    Hi,
If you have deactivated and deleted the plugin from wp admin then it should remove auto delete everything on removal. This seems weird that your system still thinks like that. Do you have object cache or any other caching system at the server eve? Can you try flusing them?

I agree, its weird. I’m using Redis and Wp-Rocket. Redis gets flushed regularly and I’m doing some intensive wp-cli with Redis disabled as I write this and it won’t work without the –url function. I’ve disabled both in the past day or so and it’s still there. Nothing in wp-config either. This has been going on for a few weeks since I disabled SPC and nothing seems to shake it loose. Cloudflare plugin was disabled and re-enabled as well, so its not Cloudflare either.

I am honestly not understanding if there is no trace of the swcfpc in your website code or database then where it is coming from? ??

I found it. Asset Cleanup Pro held onto the settings. I reset the plugin and its working properly. Oh and never disable WP All Import or WP All Export from the frontend in Asset Cleanup Pro… That thing messes with all kinds of settings in the backend and if anything is disabled it won’t work with wp-cli.

I’m glad to hear you have found the main issue behind this.
