Completely stopped working

    When I last worked on my website the tabs were working fine. I have completely built out my store and now the tabs have stopped working. I have tried deactivating all plugins, resetting permalinks, clearing all caches and nothing is working. I am using the Divi theme, but I have not used the theme pages for the shop. I have checked and then unchecked the Use a custom filter for the_content box and it makes no difference.

  • I seem to have a similar issue since a fortnight ago… have tabs on product pages containing details of the product in “Description”, but no content is showing on the frontend (live site). No changes were made to the plugin since installed 2yrs ago (though updated to latest version). The Plugin “saved tabs” page has all the description showing and saved, none of which is showing on the product page frontend.
    I have tried all the things Suzi has, but still no result
    Please provide a solution asap

    Hi AndLash, the very next day after I posted this issue it started working again. I still have no idea what was wrong or how it got fixed. It is concerning to me that no one responded to my issue though.
