completely uninstall Tweet Blender

Have upgraded to WP 3.2.1 and have uninstalled Tweet Blender using WP Admin console. As far as I can see the widget has gone. However, when I tried to install another twitter plugin Tweet Blender seemed to hijack the feed. tweet blender now appears back on our blog but we have no way of removing it or adjusting it. Can you tell me how to completely remove it from my system pleaseMany thanks
