“Completing upload” for over 1 hour

    I downloaded and installed VideoPress (paid plan, one year) and attemped to upload two videos (both about 500mb in size).

    They uploaded fairly quickly but I’m getting hung up on this screen: https://imgur.com/a/40JMAPM

    It’s been over 1 hour and no progress has been made. How do I get past this screen so I can actually use these videos?
