Completion count off-by-one

Hi!

Thanks for creating this, I think it could be really helpful.

Something minor I noticed when testing out 1.0.0 is that if I check all the boxes in the launch checklist, the count reads:

Completed: 118 of 119 (99%)

I think this is because you have two site_admin_email tasks in the default list of checklist items (but of course, only one instance can be completed).

Removing the duplicate corrects things and yields the following once all items have been checked:

Completed: 118 of 118 (100%)
