• Example Product Grid

I am looking for a solution that will help me mimic the features of the above site. The product grid can be approached by brand, type, or search, but the linked individual product pages act more like a specialized category for different types of subproducts or variants, none of which have their own page

    Individual Product Page Example 2

This is a bit different than the traditional variable product, at least to my understanding, in that you can then additionally filter the variants by properties on those individual pieces. The plastics section for example, can keep track of the count of all variants within those plastic types, and then on the actual disc listing, you can filter by any of the listed properties.

I’m familiar with a couple of the variable product plugins that do swatches, or linked products that make them behave like variants, but nothing so detached from the traditional product layout or interface.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    Hi there,

Have you considered just adding those as attributes (not variations) and then using an attribute filter plugin?

The layout in the single product page would need some customisation in the form of a template overrides along with additional HTML and CSS to get the same link.

I’m open to whatever possibility, but variations seemed to make the most sense given that each variant will have its own image, price, details, and be possibly unique to the general product it falls under. That seemed to be more complex than what attributes could handle. Feel free to correct me if I’m wrong.

This is woocommerce, and very similar, but I’m not familiar with the plugin.
