Complex event ticket question

Hi,
We have an event which perhaps is a complex ticketing situation. I wonder if Event Tickets and RSVP supports this? I couldn’t determine whether it did or not.

Our event is free but we need an RSVP count. And we would also like to offer a optional purchase of an item which, for example, is $10 each but each item purchased is in memory or in honor of someone.

So we need to have a way for people to purchase as many as they want at $10 each and fill in a text field with a person’s name.

So an attendee may say they are attending with or without a guest but then purchase 5 for example of the itmes. Thus, purchase and pay online for $50 in this case.

I don’t see any way to that Event Tickets supports that, at least not the free version. Does the Plus version support that?
