Complex queries, is it possible?

Ok, I have a need and I’m hoping I can explain this simply.

I want people to be able to request a song. There will be a page where all the requests are in list form (any song, any artist). However I want just requests for a certain artist to appear on their individual artist page.

On a further note, I’d like this to have no human power at all. They make the request, it’s automatically recorded and displayed if/where needed.
