Complex Stock

Hello! I’ve googled and searched in different forums but haven’t found a solution for this scenario. I will sell a couple of products that come in two different sizes (variations in woo), and there is an option to buy them without a box or with a special box (attribute has box (small or big) or it doesn’t). What I did is to create two products with 4 variations each: Product A Size I without box, Product A Size I with box, Product A Size II without box, Product A Size II with box and the same for product B. So far, I got it.
But, here comes the problem. The stock is “global”… so I have a limited number of products and boxes. Until now I was thinking to manage the stock at variations levels, saying how much products I have for every variation.
But let’s say one customer buys Product A Size I with box, how can I affect the number of global boxes and global Products, if the stock quantity is managed in an independent way for each variation? Now I will have a box less for both products in the same size. Or I am thinking it wrong?
