Complexity – Image not working

After updating to Version 4.3.5 when I select only IMAGE in the complexity settings it wont show any images and will only show Words as a Captcha. This sucks for me as ‘Image’ was the only option that stopped fake accounts being registered and since the update I have had a ton a fake accounts.
Also in settings under Use image packages the images are no longer there they are all IMAGE MISSING ERRORS (uploads/bws_captcha_images/arabic_bt/0.png) is not there.
