  • Dear Tania,

I am not a Complianz official – just a happy user of Complianz.

Best would be to deactivate the other Cookie-Consent Plugin (and delete it if you no longer need it). Also clear the Cache if you have installed a Cache-Plugin like WP-Rocket, WPFastestCache etc. This should fix the issue.

Here is a link to show you how to deactivate a Plugin in WordPress: https://kinsta.com/knowledgebase/disable-wordpress-plugins/

But be carefull: If you have bought a subscription (e.g. yearly payment) from the “other one” then cancel the subscription aswell -> deactivating the plugin or deleting it inside the WordPress Admin-Area doesn′t cancel subscriptions made with the company.

    Hello Tericher,

As we do not have any more insight into which plugin or banner you might be using it is tough for us to help you. The suggestions made by ioperator are completely valid and should help you disable the other banner. In case of further issues, please contact the support team of the concerning plugin/banner.

Thank you for your input ioperator!

    Have a great day!

Hi – I presume it can be WP form extension’s notification but I am not sure because The GRPD enhancement features is already disabled in the settings.
The extensions active on my web site are Blocksy – Complianz – Hostinger – Stripe – Stackable gutenberg blocs – Woo commerce – Paypal – WPForms

    Any other advices?
    Thanks you very much
    Tania

At this point, it would be very helpful if you could share the URL of your webpage (or some screenshots). -> it is very difficult to pinpoint the issue without looking at the problem.

I could imagine that you have a “cookie pop-up” made with Blocksy (https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/docs/modules/pop-up-content-block/)

Or maybe you have the CookieConsent Extension from Blocksy active (https://creativethemes.com/blocksy/docs/extensions/extensions-general/).

Thank you very much indeed. The other cookie pop up were from my Blocksy extension. I deactivated it. You get it right thank you very much. I do believe the Complianz plug cover my e-commerce shop and is aligned with the privacy regulations in my country.
Solved now have a lovely day
