Complianz banner not working after update

    Hello,

    after update to new version plugin is not working anymore. Before – everything was perfect.

    Now cookie banner is not displaying at all. Its not caused by cache or some settings I could apply – I didnt change any settings.

    I tried to disable all plugins (except complianz) – still not working.

    For now I rolled back to 6.5.6 – its stable for me and working OK. If you want me to switch for 7.0.1 i can do it immediately after your reply

    Can you help me?

    Working on it, we have an environment where we can reproduce the issue, will get back to you with a fix.

    At everybody, the issue seems to be caused by the setting
    “Choose the appropriate frameworks needed for your configuration.”

    This has changed, it should now always be set to “Don’t use an additional framework.” unless you want to enable TCF. As this is a premium feature, it causes a dependency issue in free if enabled.

    We will release an update which fixes this dependency check for everybody, we’ll release it in a few hours. If you want fix it before that, you can set this question in wizard/consent/services to “Don’t use an additional framework”, or you can use the latest zip from GitHub:

    If your banner issue is not resolved by this update, please start a separate thread, so we don’t get tickets mixed up.

    Adding this on another test site helped me,
    add_filter( ‘cmplz_site_needs_cookiewarning’, ‘__return_true’ );
    the banner became visible, thanks ??

    Hi having the same issue.

    finished the wizard and in the admin it shows cookie banner onze.
    Switching to homepage cookiebanner disappeared

    The Cookie Banner currently appears correctly on both of the above websites. Are you still experiencing any issues?
