    Tried a clean install to no avail – in this website complianz is blocking the customizer script despite adding the entire theme folder to the whitelist.

    We noticed someone else already opened the exact same issue but they moved to email after so can’t check if they found a solution.

    the only workaround at this junction is to turn off the plugin, modify the website and then reactivate.

    Could you provide assistance?

    it’s a wordpress theme, not a plugin, the customizer is the part that handles the pagebuilder and other settings – one thing to mention: we have a soundcloud iframe in home page, and the customizer opens on the homepage by default; could it be that complianz is blocking the script from loading because the page itself is blocked?

    thanks for your message.

    Could you please check the section “Integrations” -> “Plugins” and “Integrations” -> “Services” to check if you have an option activated regarding Yootheme? If yes, please disable the blue status and then delete the website cache and cookies.

    Have you tried also to follow this Yootheme thread https://yootheme.com/support/question/165078?

    we do not have an a yootheme under services.

    we also had both yootheme and themes folders set up in the whitelist list – but it seems that adding one with just “yootheme” there did the trick.
