In multisite I have the WP language set as Polish everywhere, I downloaded the Complianz plugin, which automatically changes the site language to English after uploading and it cannot be changed because it keeps returning to English, the plugin should not affect the change of global language settings. This is the free version. Thanks for help.

    Hi @gwynbleidd90,

It’s impossible for Complianz to alter general language settings of WordPress. The language from Complianz can be set to English, if Polish translations are not yet downloaded.

I’m not sure what happened on your environment, but I’m unable to reproduce the issue: https://www.loom.com/share/0f8d6ad91ffa4b2abda39ea810b3bd44

Hello @aahulsebos , thank you for reply. The problem was with WPML not configured, but only occurred when Complianz was running at the same time. After configuring WPML, the global language is set correctly, but the Complianz is still not in my language and it does not generate the cookie policy in the language of the website. Is it a translation file issue? Where can I download the language file for the plugin?

    Regards

Solved. After downloading and installing the plugin, you need to download the translation update in the WordPress update tab. Only in this way will the plugin generate content in your language set in global settings.
