    Recently all the Elementor toggle widgets on our site have broken. When the first item is clicked it opens as normal, but on trying to close that item or open any other items, the toggle will open and close (or close and open) on a single click. I assumed the issue was a bug with Elementor or my theme, and searched exhaustively to try and isolate the issue. Turns out that deactivating Complianz on a test page fixes the problem.

    I imagine the toggle for the cookie pop-up is interfering with the toggle for the Elementor toggle widget. This is further supported by the fact that accepting the cookie notice further changes the behavior of the Elementor toggle widget (it then opens and closes 2x from one single click!)

    My guess is there are some classes, CSS variables, or Javascript variables with the same names between the two plugins. I hadn’t noticed this until recently, so I imagine the conflict was introduced as a problem in one of the more recent Complianz or Elementor updates.

    Hello Samuel49,

    Thank you for your message.

    Please provide us with an URL where we can see this behaviour and troubleshoot for ourselves.

    I’m only able to provide you with some general suggestions right now:
    1) Please check if the behaviour persists if you turn off any ‘Elementor’ integrations in the Complianz -> Integrations menu;
    2) See if disabling any caching/security/optimization plugins fixes the issue, if it does, consider whitelisting Complianz in said plugin: https://complianz.io/javascript-delay-in-wp-rocket-and-other-caching-and-optimization-plugins/

    I hope this helps!
