    Dear Complianz-team,

We have a wordpress installation with a complianz plugin and tracking. It’s a hotel website, so we have an external booking site, which, however, is on the same server (so the general WordPress is on inselhotel-potsdam.de and the booking page, which is not WordPress, on inselhotel-potsdam.de/buchen). Now we want one consent manager for these two parts, so that customers don’t have to click on accept cookies twice. Do you have experience with something like this? I wonder whether we would need to buy and configure and external cookie manager, or whether we can use the complianz plugin also for a page that is in the same folder but not WordPress? Happy to purchase any licence!

Let me know your thoughts and thank you already,

    Timo

    Hi @tspinde

Our plugin and its cookie blocker would only run on WordPress pages and not on non-WP pages as the required WordPress hooks possibly would not be present I’m afraid, which also means that the banner/blocker won’t be loaded either.

Of course, you may test using the Free plugin anyway to see if it works for your set-up, but at this time, we can’t really offer more specific guidance. I hope this has been somewhat helpful.

    Kind regards,
    Sahar
